Returns & Refunds

If Metro Mart Online is unable to deliver an order, the admin may cancel the order from the system.

Once the order is cancelled by the admin, the customer becomes eligible to apply for a refund from their account dashboard.

To apply for a refund, go to your account dashboard and open the specific cancelled order details page.

From that order details page, submit the refund request with the required information.

When applying for a refund, you can select your preferred refund method.

• Metro Mart Wallet

After you submit the refund request, Metro Mart Online will review the request and process the refund within 72 hours.

The refund may be processed through your selected refund method after admin review is completed.

If the refund is added to your Metro Mart Wallet, the refunded amount will be available in your wallet balance.

You can use the Metro Mart Wallet balance anytime to pay for future product orders on Metro Mart Online.
