One litre at BDT 100. That's four full glasses, or six poured over ice — and eight or nine if you stretch it into a jug with ice and soda water.
Yes. The 250ml is BDT 30, about BDT 120 a litre; this works out at BDT 100 a litre. So you save roughly a sixth per glass. The small packs still make sense for carrying or for a single serving, but for a household the litre is the better buy.
The mango litre lists at BDT 90 and this is BDT 100. Grape is the less common flavour, so it's produced and sold in smaller volumes, and that generally shows up in the price. It isn't a quality difference — mango simply has the scale advantage of being what most of the market buys.
Lighter and less syrupy, with a tartness at the finish that mango doesn't have. Mango is thick and tropical; grape is rounder and easier to drink through a full glass without tiring of it. People who find mango drinks too sweet usually prefer grape.
Four full glasses neat, six over ice, and eight or nine as a jug with ice, lime, mint and a splash of soda water.
A grape cooler is the obvious one, and it's mostly about the colour: a litre into a jug with ice, lime slices and torn mint, topped with soda water. It looks considerably better than the effort involved. It also freezes well into lollies, and the deep colour makes those more appealing to children than a pale drink.
Two to three days refrigerated, with the cap tight. Fruit drink doesn't go flat like a fizzy drink — it spoils, and warmth speeds that up. Pour into a glass rather than drinking from the neck, which introduces bacteria into the whole litre and shortens its life considerably.
